This policy explains what personal data CFO Voice collects, why, and what your rights are. The data controller is Under review: controller entity, named here before launch. The short version: this is a publication, not a data business. We collect very little and we do not sell personal data.

What we collect

Reading the Site: no account, no cookies, no analytics. Our hosting provider (Vercel) processes standard server logs, such as IP address, user agent and requested pages, to deliver and secure the Site.

Contacting us: if you write to us, we receive your address and your message, and use them to respond and to report.

People we write about: we record professional facts about named executives, such as role, employer and dates, and quote what they said on the record, drawn from public sources such as SEC filings and company releases. We process this information for journalistic purposes. If an entry about you is wrong, see the corrections page.

What we don't do

No sale of personal data. No advertising trackers. No profiling.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to processing of your personal data (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA/CPRA). Write to the editorial mailbox (being set up; it will be listed here before launch). Journalistic processing may be exempt from some requests; where it is, we will say so.

Retention

We keep correspondence as long as needed for its purpose, and published records as part of the public record.

Children

The Site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
